The Black Dolls are women and men committed to celebrating Black beauty, increasing the visibility and sale of Black dolls, strengthening the self-esteem of Black girls, and helping create a world where every child sees themselves reflected with dignity and pride.

Since 2007, The Black Dolls have gotten together to serve, learn, celebrate, travel, create, and play. Experiences include community service projects, doll drives, Paint ME parties, museum and HBCU excursions, cultural celebrations, holiday gatherings, dining outings, weekend getaways, self-esteem and educational programs, signature Black Doll Affair events, and epic adventures like an O, The Oprah Magazine photo shoot, ABC's The Story of the Royals, and our Vogue Modoll Experiences. Every gathering is an Affair rooted in philanthropy, friendship, education, and meaningful experiences.

Whether we’re serving our communities, exploring museums, supporting HBCUs, painting ME Dolls, celebrating milestones, or simply enjoying each other’s company, every gathering strengthens our bond and reminds us why we call ourselves family.
