What is an Ambassadoll®? Ambassadolls are ambassadors.
Special Affairs Ambassadolls® are Black Doll Affair members, Black Dolls, who have undergone and passed background checks ;-). Operating as official BDA representatives for internal and external Black Doll affairs, they represent the movement. Special Affairs Ambassadolls® activate on special assignment from the Dollhouse, like when we were invited by Congressman John Lewis to President Barack Obama's White House, or when Brown v. Board of Education celebrated its 60th anniversary, and the Ambassadolls joined Mama Doll and the Brown family for that spectacular evening.

Christmas Ambassadolls® are everyday people, men and women, young and mature, who sign up to deliver The Black Doll Affair's message of Black beauty, self-worth, and inclusion and gift at least ten Black Doll Affair ME Dolls on the first Saturday of every December. In the past, having trained all year with The Black Doll Affair, all Christmas Ambassadolls® were required to undergo a background check. Today, Christmas Ambassadolls® operate independently. They simply purchase dolls and party supplies from us, which does not constitute a formal partnership with or representation of The Black Doll Affair. Parents and guardians should use their own judgment and consider appropriate safety measures, including background checks, before allowing a child to attend an independently hosted event with someone they do not know.
Christmas Ambassadolls® operate independently but get to purchase discounted themed party supplies. ALL the planning that goes into their event, whether they host at an event facility or ship care boxes from their own dollhouses, is theirs. They host events centered around the chosen annual theme, themed youth parties, or self-esteem summits. They're the event planners; we provide.
How to Become an Ambassadoll
Become a Black Doll first. There are no membership fees. Just purchase a Black Doll Tee (shirt). Once you've joined, reach out to Mama Doll and let her know your interests. Shop ME Dolls and Tees here.
